This magnificent estate boasts 46 beds (plus baby cribs), spacious lounge areas, magnificent dining room, and expansive lawns, making it the perfect haven for family Shabbos gatherings, relaxing retreats, or other events.

Situated along a picturesque country road, surrounded by lush greenery and panoramic mountain views, you’ll discover the crown jewel of large family properties -The Gold Star.
The property features a majestic circular driveway leading to an impressive entrance. Inside, a mosaic-tiled, spacious foyer is adorned with majestic pillars, glass-accented coffee tables, plush leather club chairs, and reclining sofas. Beyond is a sprawling dining area with seating for 40 [1] guests and three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The heart of this magnificent home is the large kosher kitchen, where green and white hardwood cabinetry meets modern stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas top, two ovens, crock pots, and more. Glass walls open to a screened-in porch and a expansive deck with BBQ facilities, ideal for outdoor dining or to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.
The Master Bedroom Suite is fitted with super comfortable queen beds, a Jacuzzi, and a large dressing closet.
Downstairs, you’ll find a games room with ping pong tables as well as more private bedrooms, including unique ‘apartment’ style suites.
The outdoor space features sprawling lawns, a patio with a wood-burning fire pit, an extensive swingset, and a basketball court. For larger gatherings and celebrations, the loft above the garage offers additional sleeping quarters, a kitchenette, and more.

Discover luxurious living at The Eastern, a sprawling estate with 9 bedrooms, accommodating 24 beds plus 4 extra mattresses for additional comfort. This home is an ideal accommodation for large family gatherings, reunion retreats, or simply a serene escape from the everyday hustle and bustle.

The Eastern is situated in a quiet suburban setting. The outdoor area, a haven for leisure and play, boasts a crystal clear, 20×40, 8ft-deep heated pool, a large swing set, and an inviting poolside area, perfect for sun-soaked afternoons and cool breezy evenings.
Indoors, the living room, with its towering columns and plush leather sofas, sets the stage for relaxation, while the rich wooden floors add a touch of classic sophistication. The beautiful dining area has a huge 30-40-seat capacity. (Only 30 chairs are provided.)
The heart of the home, the kitchen features rich cherry wood cabinets and gleaming stainless steel appliances, including a gas-top oven and spacious fridge/freezers, ready to cater the finest meals.
The 9 bedrooms are designed with total comfort in mind, and most have modern en-suite bathrooms. Those that don’t, have a beautiful bathroom right nearby.
With a mere two-minute walk to the Shul, The Eastern is not only a home but a community retreat. Every corner of this estate, from the indoor comforts to the outdoor pleasures, has been thoughtfully designed to offer a stay that is as memorable as it is exquisite, making it the perfect setting for your vacation.
